A good part of any self-care day is taking care of your entire body. This includes your feel. With that said many people don’t necessarily know how to take care of their feet. Yes, you moisturize it with lotion but it takes a bit more than that. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a professional to take care of your feet at home. There are a variety of products you can get that will give you the baby soft feet you are looking to have.

The simplest thing you can do when it comes to looking after your feet gives them a good soak. This will allow any hard skin to soften up making it easy to remove. You can simply soak your feet in some warm water. Now if you have any products it’s best to go with Epsom salt. If your feet hurt, you will notice that the Epsom salt will help give you some relief. However, if you don’t have access to Epsom salt, you can use any foot care-based products. Once your feet have had some time to soak, you can move on to clean them. You can go with a foot scrub next. A foot scrum aims to exfoliate your skin.
You may not know this but your feet actually hold a lot of dead skin which tends to harden. When it comes to selecting your foot scrub, you can really go with anything. Many people go with something that smells good and that moisturizes while it exfoliates. It is important to remember that you can go ahead and exfoliate your feet at least 4 times a week. After you have exfoliated your feet, you can give them one more soak and then dry them off. The last thing you should do before calling it a day applies some type of moisturizer to your feel. Remember that your feet have been exfoliated so you need to lock in some moisture. You see that’s all you really need for an at-home spa day.
