When you get into the flow of following a certain schedule day after day, it not only becomes easier to follow, but the potential gains also rise exponentially. For example, as opposed to traversing through each day unaware of what you have to do in the next hour, plan it all out the night before and see your productivity skyrocket.

Meditation is one of those keystone habits that improves all other facets of your life; Scientific studies have shown that meditation is a brilliant method for reducing anxiety among those individuals who suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), or even any other individual who suffers from raised blood pressure or poor blood circulation. The benefits that com with having a lower level of anxiety cannot be understated; If you are less anxious, you can be more productive, more aware of your surroundings, have more clarity of thought, and be better able to lead the life that you want to lead as opposed to one that circumstances have thrown you towards.
